Atlantis...

A powerful and magic civilization that flourished ages ago.

Atlantians became very prosperous after they created the substance called Oriharukon. Wanting to learn the secrets of this mysterious material, many other civilizations implored the Atlantians to share their knowledge, but they refused, closing their door to outsiders.
Anyone that persisted, the Atlantians brutally destroyed. Eventually, the Atlantians exhausted all the supplies of the four crystals, the raw materials for Oriharukon. Their thirst for the crystals led to the destruction of four great civilizations (the Yellow River, the Indus Valley, Mesopotamia, and Egypt), and set them on a path to conquer the world to find more.
But the arrogance and greed of Atlantians would instead lead to their demise. When they lost control of the magic powers generated by Oriharukon, Atlantis disappeared in the blink of an eye. But, remnants of Oriharukon survived.

Your Quest

To follow a treacherous path fated to you as a descendant of Atlantis. To find your ancestral home, which vanished off the face of the Earth long ago. To fulfill your destiny: Save humankind from the disastrous effects of Oriharukon, the source of Atlantis' destructive power.
You will embark on an epic journey that will take you to mysterious and dangerous locations around the world, as well as through time and human history. You will enter countless battles against creatures of legend and lore, mutated and deadly due to the influence of Oriharukon. But you will have the help of mercenaries you meet along your way, facing enemies together.
You will collect clues from the remains of ancient civilizations, which will ultimately lead you to the lost land of Atlantis, and all the secrets kept there.

Advanced Community

Town Control/Government

Players have the ability to operate guilds that can take control of a town. Once in power, there are many variables to account for with the control of this community, including the town's policies for security, culture, industry, commerce, health, and the planning and construction of buildings. If you control a town, you have the potential to form your own nation. If you embrace the power, you can become king, with abilities and powers that no other player
can possess. You can hire more people and influence guild masters under your command to wield even more power. In addition, you can wage war on other nations to amass wealth.

Guild

Guilds are integral to most MMORPGs and there is no exception here. Guilds offer companionship for enhanced gameplay experience. But membership in a guild in Atlantica offers much more, including easier crafting, guild-exclusive dungeons, and guild points redeemable for rare items.

Mentor System

Build new friendships and strengthen camaraderie during your search for Atlantis! Take a new adventurer under your wing and share your experiences with your apprentice. Receive a reward when your apprentice reaches level 30.
> Go to Mentor System Guide

Knowledge Impartation System

Teach the skills you've learned to your peers, or share your knowledge of monsters you have encountered with novices to help them on their journey.

Player-Driven Economy

Economic System

Atlantica utilizes a player-driven economic system. Players craft nearly all of the items and equipment in the game after collecting the required materials throughout the world. Atlantica was developed to create 'demand' and then 'supply' the necessary materials in a way that guarantees economic stability.
> Go to Economic System Guide

Crafting System

Forge weapons, concoct potions, and create necessary supplies using various materials acquired from your enemies. Why stop there? Learn up to 34 different crafting skills and progress through 100 levels to learn to craft even more powerful items. Refine your weapons through enchantments or enhancements to deal greater damage. A refined weapon will glow, striking fear into the hearts of your enemies.

Starting a Battle

When you move your cursor over a monster the icon will change into a Sword. When you Left-Click on a nearby monster you will enter Battle Mode. You also can join a battle with a monster that is already in battle with another player if you belong to the same Guild or Nation as that player or are friend.
Tip
When right-clicking on the monster, it displays the number of monster objects, its level and battle array. (Available only when using a Patrol License)
Monster Information
When you Right-Click on a monster and select 'Details', you can view its level and Battle Formation.
(Available only if using a Patrol License)
If the monster is already in battle with another player, you will also see the option to 'Observe' which will allow you to watch the battle without participating in it.
The color of a Monster's Name is based on the level difference between your character and the monster.
  • If the monster is 10 or more levels below your character's level, its name will be Dark Blue.
  • If the monster is 7 or more levels below your character's level, its name will be Light Blue.
  • If the monster is close to your character's level its name will be White.
  • If a monster is 4 or more levels above your character's level, its name will be Orange.
  • If a monster is 7 or more levels above your character's level, its name will be Dark Orange.
  • If a monster is 10 or more levels above your character's level, its name will be Red.

Battle Mode

In order for a mercenary to perform an action during your turn in Battle Mode they will need at least 100 Action Power. Mercenaries that are available to perform an Action during your turn will be highlighted in Green.
Different actions consume different amounts of Action Power
- Attack: 100 AP
- Search: 50 AP
- Defend: 50 AP
- Move: 50 AP
- Standby: 0 AP
- Magic Skill: 50 or more AP*
*(Depending on the Magic Skill being used)
After all mercenaries with enough action power have used an action during your turn or when the Time limit is up (30 seconds), it will be the enemy's turn.
1. Attack (A): Attacks an enemy with a basic attack.
2. Search (S): Search a dead enemy's body for items.
3. Move (D): Changes the location of selected mercenary in the Battle Formation.
4. Wait (F): The selected mercenary will standby without making any action for the current turn; however this reduces the number of active turns without allowing another mercenary to act as with the Guard command.
5. Defense (G): Tries to reduce damage by defending against the enemies attack during the enemy force's next turn. Using this command allows another mercenary to act if they have enough Action Power to do so.
6. Magic (Q, W, E, R, T): Uses a mercenary's Magic Skill. At first mercenaries are only able to learn two magic skills through use of 'Skill Books', however as they advance in upgrades the amount of skills they can learn increases to a maximum of five.
7. Camera Effects (Z): This toggles the Camera Effects. When an attack is made, the camera will move to show more realistic angles of the attack.
8. Skip Turn (~): End your current turn saving your existing Action Power for the next turn; the enemy will then have their turns.
9. Retreat: Withdraw from a battle, though there are still penalties you will be able to live to fight again usually without having moved. Retreating in Shadow Dungeons however results in you spawning outside that area.
10. Auto-Battle: If you have used an Auto-Battle License then you can choose to allow a battle to happen automatically. You will still need to fight manual battles to have enough Auto Battle points to continue using it once all your Auto Battle Points are gone. You will earn five Auto-Battle points per successful manual battle and can store up to 20 points.
